Shipping and Return

We offer free shipping worldwide with well known carriers so you can rest assured your order will be delivered on time and securely. All orders come with tracking so you know exactly where your order is. You will receive your order anywhere from 4-25 business days from the date that it is shipped out.

The majority of orders placed will be shipped on the same day. Please note some orders may take 1-3 days to ensure payment is authorized and verified before being shipped.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY

CUSTOMS, TAXES, DUTIES AND FEES

All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. There is a chance that you will not get charged VAT or duties, however if you do get charged, we cannot be responsible for these fees in any way, as we do not receive any of this money. The funds go exclusively to your own government. The last thing we would want is for our customers to be charged extra, as this would be detrimental to our sales. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties.

RETURN POLICY

If there is something wrong with your order ( wrong item, defective product, etc.), return it to us in it's original packaging within 15 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to issue a refund or replacement.

Please Note: Although many of our items ship direct from our USA warehouse in Nevada, certain "special order" items ship direct from the manufactures, USPS. Please allow for 4-6 weeks for replacement on special orders. 

Exchanges are a little more difficult since we order close to exact quantities of what we need. We usually order a few extras, but they go fast. If you need an exchange, email us and we’ll see what we can do.

Please Note:  Customer pays return shipping on exchanges. The USPS has the best rates in our experience, but you can ship back to us any way you like.
